Enhance Your Spiritual Journey with a Crystal Water Bottle: My Love for Infused Hydration





    As a spiritual life coach, I am always searching for ways to enhance my clients' spiritual journeys. One of my favorite tools for achieving this goal is through the use of crystals. These powerful stones have been used for centuries for their healing properties, and I have personally fallen in love with crystals about 5 years ago! 

One crystal-related item that I have recently fallen in love with is the crystal water bottles! I saw some beautiful ones on Amazon with an infuser for fruit or tea. This innovative product allows you to infuse your water with the healing properties of crystals, while also adding in a delicious flavor boost.


Not only is the crystal water bottle a Unique  and Lively way to stay hydrated, it may offer numerous benefits for your physical and spiritual well-being. The crystals used in these bottles are carefully selected for their unique properties, which can range from promoting calmness and tranquility to enhancing focus, sense of grounding  and mental clarity.


One of my personal favorites is the amethyst crystal, which is known for its ability to promote relaxation and reduce stress. By infusing your water with amethyst, you can experience the calming effects of this powerful crystal all day long. 

    A fun fact about me is that I love to place amethyst in my Lemon plant, and March 12, 2020 a series of events led up this experience of when I visited a physic who read my fortune and she express the importance of why I should surround myself with the stone. That was also my first introduction of the stone and sense that moment I have kept the stone around me! 


Another great option is the rose quartz crystal, which is known for its ability to promote self-love and compassion. I love Rose Quartz as well,  it can help cultivate a deeper sense of self-Love and kindness towards yourself and others.  

A frequent book I love to read is "Anatomy of the Spirit- the Seven Stages of Power and Healing" by Carlon Myss, is a great book and Chapter 3. The Third Charkra: Personal Power does well on guiding an empowered way to  self-discovery!  When I read the book I keep one around me as way to keep me at ease.
