Self-reflection questions:
“What’s one thing you can do to take care of your mental or physical health?”
“What’s one thing you are grateful and proud of?”
Power in Clarity:
Create a clear, vivid, vision of the life you would truly love. It’ll become the blueprint to start tapping into your infinite superpowers. One way to do so is to connect your vision to your core values. If you are not sure what your core values are, take some time to start exploring your discontent and longing. It may feel like a deep dive into your souls, but it’s worth it. Once you have a clear vision and have connected it to your core values, you will begin to build the dream into reality. The more clear the vision the easier it will be to decide which direction to take. And superhero you won’t become caught by any of the traps set by enemies that lie ahead.
Self- reflection question:
“What do you Value the Most?”
“What would you love to give, to be, to have, to create in all areas of your life? (Health, Relationships, Time & Money freedom, and Vocation)”
Focus on Strengths:
We tell ourselves stories about what we are capable of.. Limitations originate from conscious decisions made by the person (also known as paradigms). Our beliefs about ourselves generate the results, experience and circumstances of your life. To unlock your full-potential, it's essential to make decisions that expand us rather than constrict. Begin with identifying your strengths and integrate them into your daily life. Make a list of your strengths and look for ways to use them in your personal and work environment. When we focus on our strengths, we feel more confident and capable, like a superhero.
Failure into Stepping Stone:
Failure is not something to be ashamed about rather seen as a badge of honor in the superhero world. It’s a learning opportunity, and it's a signal from above telling you to try a different approach. Change the word failure to feedback and see it as a stepping stone towards success rather than the boulder standing in the way of your success. Remember, even superheroes fail sometimes.
Self- Reflection questions
“What specifically are you afraid of?”
“What is the worst-case scenario when the fear comes true? And do I want them to happen? 99% of you will say HECK NO.
“What if you had a superpower that vanquished fear?”
Take Action:
The key to unlock your full potential is in the action. Don’t wait for the perfect moment or focus on how things should be. Start where you are now and take the next 15 minutes after reading this article to take superhero action. “Be confident, capable and humble. Trust that you have the power within you to make a difference.”
Self- reflection questions:
“What opportunity can arise?”
“What is the cost of not taking actions towards this goal?”
Partner In Believing:
Surround yourself with people who trust in you and support your vision. Every Superhero needs a partner in believing. Be around people who inspire you, motivate you, and pick you up when you fall; and if you can find a trusty steed or a talking rabbit even better! How would you love to be supported and cared for in the direction of your dream?
Self-Reflection Questions:
“How do I feel when I’m around this person?”
“Do our values align?”
“Do they bring out the best in me?”
Power in Mentors:
Want to know the way to become a better superhero? Learn from the best! Seek out guidance from mentors who achieved the level of success you want and learn from their extraordinary results, out match their energy. You can study from historical figures who have made an impact such as: Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Rosa Parks, The Wright Brothers, Susan B Anthony, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela. Martin Lurhter King and more. Remember you are part of a lineage of dream builders.
Practice Self-Care:
Even superheroes need time to rest and relax. Give yourself time to do what makes you happy and fulfilled. Whether it’s putting on a cape, a funky hat, or dance around like no one is watching. Do what it takes to recharge your batteries. When you take care of yourself, you can perform at your best and unlock your full potential.
Self-Reflection Questions:
“What are your current self-care practices, and how effective are they?”
“What are your health goals?”
Embrace change:
The truth is, you can not avoid change, whether it’s a new supervillain in the mix or a shift in the way we do things, we must respond to our external factors rather than react. Don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and try something newWhat if you unlock an infinite Source of Power.
Self-reflection questions:
“What are some healthy boundaries I can set in my personal and professional life?”
Mind Power:
Mindfulness is all about being fully present in the current moment, without judgment or distraction; and lets face it, as superheroes, our minds can be pretty chaotic. With all the thoughts of saving the world and defeating our arch-nemeses, it can be hard to focus on the task at hand, up until now! By practicing mindfulness, we can learn to stay centered and focused on our goals, while reducing negative self-talk, and other mental distractions, Plus it’s a great way to relax after a long day of fighting crime. So take a deep breath, clear the mind and let us go save the world !
Turn “this always happens to me.” “I choose to stay calm and collected in this situation.”
“ I choose to respond…”
